KANZARA ships hand-embroidered bridal lehengas and gowns from our own atelier in India to every state in the USA. Each piece is cut to your measurements at no extra cost, and we pay the American import duty ourselves — so the price on the page is the price you pay, and the courier never asks you for anything at the door.
What it costs to get it here
Paid by us. Since June 2026 every parcel entering the USA is charged duty, whatever it is worth. We clear it before the parcel reaches you.
Free tracked express on every bridal order. Anything under $1,000 is a flat $4.95.
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. No conversion surprise on your card statement.
How long it takes
Ready-to-ship sizes leave our atelier in 2–3 business days and reach you in a further 5–9 days. Made-to-measure pieces are hand-embroidered for you and take 4–6 weeks door to door.
If you have a wedding date, tell us when you order. We will confirm in writing whether we can make it — before we take your money, not after.
Why buy from India rather than a US store
The work is done by hand, where it has always been done
Every motif is embroidered by hand in our atelier. That is why the work sits raised off the fabric instead of lying flat against it, and why no two pieces are ever perfectly identical.
You are not guessing your size
American sizing and Indian bridal sizing are not the same thing, and a lehenga that arrives two inches out is not something you can fix in the week before a wedding. Send us four numbers and we cut it for you. It costs nothing extra.
No customs bill on your doorstep
This is the part that catches people out. Order from most Indian sites and the courier calls you for a few hundred dollars before handing over the box. We ship duty paid and settle it ourselves.

Made to measure, at no extra cost
Pick a size from XS to XXL, or pick Made to measure on the product page. The price is the same either way. After you order we email you a one-page measuring guide with photographs, read your numbers back to you in writing, and cut nothing until you confirm them.
Returns
Ready-to-ship pieces can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags on. Made-to-measure pieces are cut for one person and are final sale — which is exactly why we confirm every measurement with you in writing first. If a piece arrives damaged, or does not match the measurements we confirmed, we replace it at our cost.
KANZARA is a registered Indian exporter. Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) PIGPK7064B, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Every parcel ships with a proper commercial invoice in your name.
