Shipping, Duty & Delivery
We pay the customs duty
This is the part most sites hide. Order Indian clothing from most websites and the courier asks you for a few hundred dollars in import duty before handing over the box — usually days before the event you bought it for.
We do not do that. We ship on a duty-paid basis and clear the parcel ourselves. The price you see on the product page is the whole price. If a notice still reaches you for any reason, forward it to us and we settle it.

Made to measure is therefore 4 to 6 weeks door to door. If you have a wedding date, tell us when you order and we will confirm in writing whether we can make it. If we cannot, we will say so before we take your money.
Where we ship
United States, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and much of western Europe. The countries available to you are shown at checkout. Everything is made in India and ships from there by express air courier.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier. Express parcels from India normally show their first scan within 24 hours.
Wrong address?
Email us as soon as you can and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier the address cannot be changed.
Delays we cannot control
Customs inspections and carrier backlogs happen. If your parcel is held, we chase it and keep you updated. If tracking does not move for 7 business days we open a trace, and if it is lost we remake or refund the piece.
