Bridal — ready-to-ship sizes

Exchange for another size or piece, or take store credit, within 7 days of delivery — unworn, unaltered, tags on, in the original packaging. Bridal pieces are hand-embroidered in very small numbers, which is why the window is short and why we offer exchange or credit rather than a refund to your card.

Bridal — made to measure

Cut to one person's measurements, so it cannot be resold. Made-to-measure pieces are final sale. We say this on the product page before you choose that option, and we confirm your measurements with you in writing before anything is cut.

Everything else

Non-bridal items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, unused and in their original packaging. No restocking fee. Used filter cartridges cannot be returned.

If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong

Email a photograph to kanzara46@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We repair, remake or refund in full — your choice — and we pay the return shipping. This applies to made-to-measure pieces too, and to any piece that does not match the measurements we confirmed with you.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel any order for a full refund before it is dispatched, and a made-to-measure order any time before cutting begins. Email us and we will confirm in writing.

How to start a return

Email kanzara46@gmail.com with your order number and the reason
We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have it — a parcel arriving with no paperwork can be held by customs
Once the parcel reaches us and has been inspected, an approved refund is issued within 10 business days

Who pays return shipping

If the piece was damaged, faulty, wrong, or did not follow your measurements, we pay, and we refund any duty you were charged. For an exchange by choice, the shipping back to us is yours and we pay the shipping of the replacement to you.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 days to show it. Customs duty we paid on your behalf is not refunded on a change-of-mind return.
