How to measure for made-to-measure
Four numbers. Ten minutes. No extra cost, on every bridal piece.
Before you start
- Use a soft measuring tape, not a ruler or a string
- Ask someone to help — measuring yourself pulls the tape out of line
- Wear the underwear you plan to wear on the day
- Keep the tape snug against the body, not tight and not loose
- Stand normally. Do not hold your breath or pull your stomach in — the outfit has to be wearable for twelve hours
The four numbers
| Measurement | Where to put the tape |

| Bust | Around the fullest part of the chest, tape level all the way round and flat across the back |
| Waist | The narrowest part, usually just above the navel. Bend sideways — the crease is your natural waist |
| Hip | Around the fullest part, usually 20–22 cm below the waist, feet together |
| Height | Barefoot, from the top of the head to the floor. Tell us your heel height separately |
Also useful, if you can
- Shoulder to floor, for lehenga skirt length
- Blouse length, from shoulder to where you want the hem
- Sleeve length, from shoulder point to where you want it to end
- Armhole and upper arm, if you want a snug sleeve
What happens next
- Choose ‘Made to measure’ on the product page — the price is the same as a standard size
- We email you within one business day asking for the numbers
- We read them back to you in writing and confirm the heel height
- Nothing is cut until you reply ‘yes’
- 4–6 weeks in the atelier, then free express shipping, duty paid
Important
Made-to-measure pieces are cut for one person, so they are final sale. That is why we confirm every number with you before touching the fabric. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the measurements we confirmed, we replace it at our cost.
